How to Submit an Architecture Request

Review the Rules/CCRs for your HOA
Make sure your project follows your HOA’s guidelines.
Gather Your Documents(a detailed checklist can be located on your web portal under Documents)
You'll need:
The completed request form (max 2 projects per form)
A plat map showing your proposed changes drawn including location and dimensions
Photos, sketches, or brochures
Material and color details
Vendor quote or permit (if utilized)
Sign The Form
Fill out the PDF below and download the copy sent to your email address upon completion.
Submit Online
Login to your Owner Portal, and upload all necessary documents under Architecture Request.
The committee will review your request within 30-60 days: depending on the requirements of your HOA CCRs.
Please be patient and do not install/build until you receive approval from your Board/Architectural Committee.
