How to Register for Your HOA Portal
Follow these simple steps to register and unlock your HOA tools, including online payments, document access, and account support.

Open the Owner Portal
Click the Owner Portal Login tab at the top of this page to open the PayHOA login screen.

Select “Need an Account”
At the bottom left of the sign-in screen, click Need an Account to begin registration.

Begin the Sign-Up Process
In the top right corner of the next page, click the Sign Up button.

Join Your HOA
Use the dropdown labeled Join Existing HOA, enter your email, and click Next.

Find Your Community
In the box under Your HOA, type your community name.

Confirm the Correct HOA
When your HOA name appears in the dropdown, click it to proceed.

Complete Your Information
Fill in the form on the Join Your HOA page with your name, contact info, and property details.

Finish and Join
Click the Join button to complete your registration.
